TAKE NOTICE that the Southeast Parry Sound District Planning Board has received application No. S-01/24 (Prentice) for a plan of Subdivision. The application is deemed to be complete in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act.
THE PURPOSE AND EFFECT of the proposed plan is to create 15 residential lots and 2 Blocks for private road purposes in Part of Lot 23, Concessions 1 & 2 (Part 1, 42R-13495 & Part 2, 42R-22305) in the Township of Armour (Cherry Hill Road).
A PUBLIC MEETING will be held by the Township of Armour on Tuesday, March 25 at 6:00 p.m. in the Township of Armour Council Chambers located at 56 Ontario Street Burk’s Falls, Ontario. The meeting will be held IN-PERSON and remotely via ZOOM.

If a person or public body would otherwise have the ability to appeal the decision of the Southeast Parry Sound District Planning Board but does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, if one is held, or make written submissions to the Southeast Parry Sound District Planning Board in respect of the proposed plan of subdivision before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision to the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT).
If a person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting, if one is held, or make written submissions to the Southeast Parry Sound District Planning Board in respect of the proposed plan of subdivision before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision, the person or public body may not be added as a party to the hearing of an appeal before the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) unless, in the opinion of the Tribunal, there are reasonable grounds to do so.
If you wish to be notified of the decision of the Southeast Parry Sound District Planning Board in respect of the proposed plan of subdivision, you must make a written request to the Planning Board via email or mail at the address shown below.
