Location:

The North Pickerel Lake Road Bridge over the North Magnetawan River on North Pickerel Lake Road approximately 10 km east of Highway 11, northeast of Burk’s Falls, Ontario.

Bidders must register through MERX at www.merx.com and Tender Documents are available through MERX.

Registration shall be through MERX at www.merx.com.

Tenderers name, address, telephone number and email address shall be recorded on the Plantakers Register and Contract documents and plans (where applicable) will be issued thereafter. The Township will maintain a Plantakers Register, to be made available upon request until 12:00 Noon, Local Time two (2) days prior to tender closing, in order for their Bid to be considered. No Contract documents will be issued after 12:00 Noon, Local Time, two (2) working days prior

to tender closing.

Tenders, sealed in an envelope which shall be clearly marked with the project or Contract title and the Tender No. will be received by The Municipal Corporation of the Township of Armour, 56 Ontario Street, Burk’s Falls, Ontario P0A 1C0, Attention: Road Supervisor, until 12:00 Noon, Local Time on the advertised closing date for receipt of tenders.

The use of the mail or courier for delivery of a tender will be at the risk of the Tenderer.

On the closing day, commencing at 1:00 p.m. Local Time, the envelopes will be opened and the tenders will be read and recorded publicly by the Owner at the above-mentioned address.
